Enigmo Rooms

a) due to more and more « fake » bookings we will cancel all the bookings for which we didn’t receive any deposit 3 days prior to the booking date. As for last minute bookings we ask a confirmation by phone and a deposit proof

b) Enigmo bookings can be canceled by calling +352 621 169 500. 3 days prior to the reservation date or without any cancellation you will have to pay 50 euros

if you booked a barbecue with our catering service (minimum 2 hours), it can be canceled free of charge 7 days prior to your reservation, less than 7 days we will charge 50% of the total amount

c) our rooms being decorated with precious and vintage items, we will charge at least 20,00 € for each broken or “lost” item

d) you can decrease the number of attendees 1 day prior to your reservation without any fee and always increase

the day of your appointment you have to pay at least the fee for the participants you announced the day before (or more, if you are more) the minimum fee being 60 euros

e) to garanty the course of play you should arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation, if you are late we can cancel or shorten your reservation without no refund of your prepayment

f) changing the appointment of the barbecue without notifying Enigmo Rooms or the catering service will resolve in aditionnal fees of 15 euros per ½ hour

g) every additional service from Parc Le’h Adventures (tents, tables…) can be canceled one day prior to the event without any charges

h) services not offered by Enigmo Rooms or Parc Le’h Adventures apply to the terms and conditions of those services
